COVID-19 Cancellation Policy Amendment – Updated May 2022

 

In order to provide Ningaloo Discovery guests further assurance when booking, the following amendment to our general booking conditions will be maintained until such time as the provision is no longer considered essential:

  • Any person who is not able to join a booked departure because of a travel ban associated with COVID or, who is not able to join a booked departure because they have tested positive to COVID, or because they have had close contact with someone who has tested positive to COVID or, because they have had close contact with someone who is suspected of having contracted COVID, or because they displaying virus symptoms at the time of departure, will be offered a credit note, which can be used at a later date.

    Requests for credit as above, must be substantiated with a medical certificate.

  • If Ningaloo Discovery are required to cancel your tour for any reason, we will offer all guests a reschedule or a full refund (less any CC fees incurred at the time of booking).

 

Enhanced Hygiene Precautions

 
  • You will be reassured to know our tours operate in an outdoors environment (on the ocean! The healthiest environment around!). The only time during the day you need to be indoors is if you opt for our courtesy bus transfer.  For this reason we recommend where possible you self drive and meet us at Tantabiddi Boat Ramp, where our boats depart from.  If you do require transfers, we will practise social distancing and you will be required to wear a face mask for the duration of the journey.
  • BYO face masks for our bus transfers. You will not be permitted on the bus without a face mask – please ensure your have one.
  • We will provide hand sanitiser for you to use
  • We encourage you to bring your own snorkel equipment on the tour however, rest assured we do provide equipment that is thoroughly disinfected at the end of every tour.
